Directly provided by you via the booking form: name, requested service, duration, preferred time slot, optional message.
When you use the WhatsApp button: phone number and the messages you send us.
Automatically collected: site language preference (functional cookie) and cookie consent (strictly necessary cookie). We do NOT use marketing, advertising or third-party tracker cookies.
3. Why we use your data
To reply to your booking request and arrange day, time and location of the session.
To confirm and manage the session and share the exact location after confirmation.
To comply with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting) where applicable.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Pre-contractual measures and performance of the service contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Explicit consent when you submit the form or open a WhatsApp chat with us (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Legal obligation for tax records when applicable (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Data retention
Booking requests that did not result in a session: up to 30 days.
Completed sessions and related data: for the minimum legal retention period (invoicing) or until you withdraw your consent.
WhatsApp conversations: kept in your own WhatsApp history; on our side they can be deleted on request.
6. Sharing with third parties
WhatsApp / Meta Platforms — used as a communication channel. Message exchanges are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
We do NOT sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data may be shared with competent authorities when required by law.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, objection and portability of your data.
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of past processing.
Lodge a complaint with the Portuguese DPA (CNPD — www.cnpd.pt).
